Namutebi by The Coffee Gardens

The Coffee Gardens was established in 2017 with the goal of producing highly sought-after specialty coffee in an ethical and transparent way. Their mission is to create a direct connection between coffee farmers and coffee consumers while maintaining exceptional quality.

Microlots are created by combining day-lots that share similar taste profiles. As a result, a single farmer may contribute to several different micro-lots.

This micro-lot is named after their Drying Officer, Winnie Namutebi. Every kilogram of parchment coffee passes through her hands and under her careful supervision. Winnie oversees quality control, ensuring that every batch is perfectly sorted and brought to the ideal moisture level before it is moved into storage.
