More About Lalesa Gedeb Slow-Dried

This lot, produced at the Lalesa Washing Station in Gedeb, is from cherries bought from nearby small-scale farmers. The cherries are floated and dried on raised beds for 20–25 days under a special greenhouse roof, with defective beans being carefully and frequently removed by hand. Once processed and dried, the coffee is stored and prepared for export in Gerji.
