Kii AA Lot 6843

Perfectly situated at the foothills of Mt. Kenya and near a river that runs from it, Kii processes exceptional fully washed Kenyan coffee cherries grown in rich volcanic soil by approx. 800 small-scale farmers and members of Rungeto Farmers' Cooperative Society.

On arrival cherries are meticulously sorted before being depulped, fermented and washed with the crisp mountain water of River Kii. They’re then dried over two weeks on raised beds, milled, graded, and prepared for export.
