Job Namugowa Washed

The Coffee Gardens was established to create a direct link between farmers and consumers by producing high-quality specialty coffee in an ethical and transparent manner. Farmers from nearby villages deliver their cherries to the station for processing, where uniformity and consistency are paramount.

This lot comes from the Processing and Field Manager at The Coffee Gardens,  Job Namugowa, was classically washed processed—pulped, submerged and fermented in mountain water, rinsed, and then dried on raised African beds.
