Halo Bertiti Natural Yirgacheffe

Around 450 subsistence farmers in Ethiopia’s Gedeo region grow, hand harvest and deliver cherry to the Halo Beriti washing station. 

Once delivered, cherries for this lot were processed using a traditional natural method and dried on raised beds. The drying process was carefully managed by regularly turning the cherries and covering them during the hottest hours of the day. The result is a consistently fruit-forward flavour that embodies everything you would expect from a natural Ethiopian coffee.
