Fincamigos Geisha

Fincamigos Farm serves as a concept plot where experimental farming and processing methods are developed and refined to produce highly sought-after coffees. The farm uses only the finest-quality beans from rare and exotic varietals.

Geisha cherries for this microlot undergo an aerobic fermentation and pulping 16hrs after that. The beans are then left with their mucilage to further ferment aerobically over 56hrs. Finally, they’re washed twice and sun-dried inside parabolic dryers.
