Finca El Izotal Washed Pacamara

Pacamara cherries for this lot were grown at 1650masl at El Izotal farm in the Metapan region of El Salvador. Once picked, Jose Luis Recinos delivers them to Cafenor mill for processing. Here cherries are washed processed and dried on African raised beds.
