Fazenda Angola Natural

Fazenda Angola is a small 6ha coffee farm situated at 1200masl in Illicínea, Brazil run by Silvio Carlos Ferreira. Half of the farm is dedicated to the cultivation of yellow catuai and arara varietals which are farmed agroecologically and organically. Silvio uses the other half of the farm to increase biodiversity, protect wild- and birdlife, and preserve natural springs on the plot.

Handpicked cherry is floated, cleaned, then sun-dried to reach optimal moisture before resting and milling.
