Eli Espinoza started as a coffee picker. Now, he grows his own coffee on 4ha of land he's planted with Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon varieties in Las Pirias, Chirinos (1800–2000 masl); and processes the coffee at his home .
This lot is washed and floated before being shade-dried briefly for one day and transferred to a solar drying tent for further controlled drying over 45 days.
