Coproca Natural

Coproca washing station can be found within the Nyamasheke district and is privately owned by C. Dorman. Here coffee is delivered by 603 small-holder farmers from the surrounding area. Only the best high-density cherries are kept after the sorting process once they are washed they are dried on tables and turned every 30-40mins. During times of peak sunshine cherries are heaped in the middle of the drying tables to prevent heat damage.
